This forward – and independent – thinking is what propelled Carl as he started his own dairy farm in the Quinte area and even though there were plenty of naysayers, made it into a success. Determined to give his three sons a better childhood than he had, his move to the Quinte area created more opportunities for his family, not to mention familiarized him with the local real estate market. Now after living here for several years he is proud to call the Quinte region home and has watched his three sons grow up and experience all that this great area has to offer.

My job is to provide you with as much information and local knowledge as possible for you to make an informed buying or selling decision. Only a seller can 'sell' a home and only a buyer can 'buy' a home. I am a facilitator, advisor, consultant and coordinator.
